Urgent Hiring For HR

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (telecaller, front desk, sales, etc.)
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Conducting initial HR interviews
• Maintaining employee records and attendance
• Handling onboarding and documentation
• Coordinating between management and staff

Requirements:

• Graduation / MBA in HR preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
