Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Operations Overview:
​We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager – Operations to lead and optimize our supply chain strategies. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring supply operations to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle sourcing, vendor management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: ∙Lead the end-to-end vehicle sourcing strategy across cities, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts, timelines, and budget goals. ∙Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to performance standards, risk controls, and cost efficiencies. ∙Assess and enhance current sourcing processes, introducing innovative solutions to drive scalability and operational efficiency. ∙Establish and enforce safety protocols, ensuring full compliance from all sourcing partners. ∙Rapidly onboard and manage vendors during high-demand periods to maintain uninterrupted supply. ∙Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and CRM teams to close operational gaps and identify optimal sourcing partners. ∙Define, track, and optimize supply chain KPIs; lead initiatives focused on process improvement. ∙Train vendors on technology platforms and monitor service delivery for consistency and quality. ∙Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships; explore partnerships that drive profitability and service reliability. ∙Evaluate RFQs, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend suppliers based on commercial and technical criteria. ∙Ensure vendors consistently meet or exceed SLAs, focusing on cost savings and operational effectiveness. ∙Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts to guide sourcing strategies. ∙Source and onboard vendors with strong presence in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, and Chennai. ∙Prioritize suppliers with owned EV sedan fleets and the ability to offer competitive rates without compromising quality. ∙Build and maintain a reliable pool of DCOs (Driver-Cum-Operators) for electric vehicle operations. ∙Develop and implement a standardized process for vendor sourcing, evaluation, and empanelment. ∙Conduct bi-annual vendor performance reviews, rating partners based on KPIs such as uptime, vehicle condition, driver conduct, and compliance. ∙Maintain a dynamic vendor database, tracking performance history and rate benchmarks. ∙Design scalable, competitive pricing models aligned with REGO’s bid strategies. ∙Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure vendor partnerships are cost-neutral or cost-saving. ∙Monitor market trends to negotiate better rates and improve overall margins. ∙Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely vehicle availability and service excellence. ∙Work with Tech and Product teams to integrate vendor data into booking and tracking systems. ∙Support bid management teams with accurate vendor pricing and capacity data to secure high-volume contracts.

Requirements: ∙Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sourcing Manager, preferably within the B2B or car rental industry. ∙Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. ∙Proficiency in sourcing tools and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ∙Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume contracts and strategic partnerships. ∙Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. ∙Strong time management and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. ∙Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or a related field. ∙Certification or training in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
