Job Description: We are looking for a Fresher or 1-2 year experienced Company Secretary with solid knowledge of company incorporation, ROC compliance, and licenses like FSSAI, MSME, IEC. The role also includes startup filings, pitch decks, trademark filing, and legal drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate company incorporation processes, ensuring legal compliance

Manage ROC compliance — annual filings, board meetings, resolutions

Obtain & maintain FSSAI, MSME, IEC licenses for clients

Support startups with filing procedures & documentation

Handle trademark filings & maintain records

Draft legal documents & agreements as needed

Requirements:

Working knowledge of company incorporation & ROC compliance

Familiarity with licenses: FSSAI, MSME, IEC

Understanding of startup filing processes

Proficiency in trademark filing

Strong skills in legal drafting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
