Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle service inquiries, service requests, complaints, and provide updates
- Scheduling appointments for clients plan and assign daily technician jobs based on priority and availability
- Provide Technician Support job details and arrange required materials/tools
- Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services
- Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
- Monitor invoices, follow up payments, and generate quarterly reports.
Requirements/Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Looking for Bahraini Nationality only
- At least Two years of experience in HVAC service coordination
- Proven ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication, organizational and record keeping skills
- Creative problem-solving skills

Pay: BD500.000 - BD550.000 per month
