Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatching Sales Person to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding loads, communicating with brokers, negotiating rates, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities:

• Find and book loads for trucks using load boards and broker networks
• Communicate with brokers and negotiate the best rates
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and carriers
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle basic documentation and load confirmations
• Meet weekly and monthly sales/booking targets

Requirements:

• Experience in truck dispatching or freight brokerage preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills
