URGENT LEADERSHIP HIRING - KSA REMITTANCE PLATFORM

Location: Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Contract Model: 6-month probation, permanent conversion based on performance

Overview

Our client is hiring four senior leadership roles to support the rapid growth and scalability of a regulated remittance platform. Due to business urgency, only candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia will be considered to ensure immediate onboarding.

Mandatory Eligibility (Non-Negotiable)

• Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Must be a Saudi National or Expat with a transferable Iqama or GCC Nationals (Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) also preferred.
• Business Visit or Family Visit visas are not acceptable.
• Fintech, Remittance, or Digital Banking experience strongly preferred.
• All roles start with a 6-month probation period.

1. Head of Development

Objective: Scale engineering capacity and accelerate delivery of high-volume transaction systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead backend and frontend engineering teams.
• Drive sprint planning, delivery velocity, and code quality.
• Ensure scalable, secure, high-performance transaction processing.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Microservices, Java or Go.
• Deep experience with Agile delivery in financial platforms.

2. Head of Architecture

Objective: Design and govern a secure, highly available remittance technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture and technology stack.
• Oversee API integrations with banks and partners.
• Ensure technical compliance with SAMA regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Enterprise Architecture.
• Expertise in cloud-native design and financial security standards.
• Experience in regulated financial environments.

3. Head of DevOps & Infrastructure

Objective: Ensure zero-downtime operations and resilient, automated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cloud infrastructure in KSA regions (AWS/Azure).
• Lead CI/CD automation and release management.
• Own disaster recovery, monitoring, and platform availability.

Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Experience with high-security financial infrastructure.
• Strong DevOps leadership background.

4. Head of Quality Assurance

Objective: Deliver end-to-end reliability across all remittance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage automated testing frameworks.
• Oversee performance, load, and stress testing.
• Ensure zero-defect transaction processing.

Requirements:

• Expertise in test automation (Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience testing payment gateways or mobile wallets.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle testing.
