1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of technicians, supervisors, and office staff.
- Develop partnerships with ITIs, job portals, and local agencies to source skilled & semi-skilled manpower.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate onboarding & induction.
- Maintain updated manpower database across branches.
2. Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly salaries by the 7th of each month.
- Verify attendance, overtime, and site deployment reports.
- Ensure timely disbursement of statutory payments (PF, ESIC, LWF, PT).
- Coordinate with accounts for incentive and reimbursement processing.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).
- Manage audits, inspections, and maintain statutory registers.
- Handle contractor compliance and maintain updated employee documentation.
4. Performance Management & Training
- Implement quarterly reviews and appraisal systems.
- Identify skill gaps and organize technical and behavioral training.
- Track training ROI and effectiveness.
- Support branch heads in goal setting and performance tracking.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop employee retention and reward programs.
- Conduct branch visits for grievance handling and engagement drives.
- Coordinate welfare activities (festivals, recognition, safety programs).
- Reduce attrition in technician and field teams through proactive HR support.
6. Policy Implementation & Administration
- Maintain and update HR policies & employee handbook (leave, FNF, discipline).
- Support disciplinary actions and ensure fair employee relations.
