We are looking for the Operations Admin Associate - provides support across Finance, HR, and Administrative functions. This role is responsible for processing expense reports, assisting with audits, performing quality checks, handling HR coordination and generalist tasks, and completing daily data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Assist with invoice processing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or audit support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting/HR systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Process improvement mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
