US Content & UGC Growth Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a Content & UGC Growth Manager to drive content and creator growth in the US and European markets. This role focuses on developing short-form video strategies, collaborating with creators, and scaling high-performing content through data and paid amplification.

This is a fully remote position working with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy – Develop short-form video content strategies for the US and European markets, aligning with social trends and product features to drive UGC growth.
• Creator Partnerships – Identify, recruit, and manage UGC creators and influencers. Build and optimize collaboration workflows to increase content output and conversion.
• Performance Analysis – Conduct weekly performance reviews of content performance, optimizing scripts, storytelling, and engagement strategies to improve reach and conversion.
• Content Amplification – Work closely with the paid advertising team to identify high-performing content and scale it through paid promotion.
• Content Production – Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Experience with AI-assisted video creation is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media growth, or creator operations targeting US or European audiences.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, including platform algorithms and growth strategies.
• Familiar with the Western creator ecosystem and experienced in influencer or creator collaborations.
• Experience building content or creator growth systems from 0 to 1 is highly preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted video production or AI content tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize content based on performance data.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
