Hiring – US Truck Dispatcher (Onsite – Model Town, Lahore | Night Shift)

We are hiring for a growing logistics company.

Location: Model Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PKR 100,000 (Basic) + Commission
Trial Period: 1 Week (Mandatory for Selection)

IMPORTANT (READ CAREFULLY):

• ONLY experienced US Truck Dispatchers will be considered
• Minimum 1 year proven experience is mandatory
• No freshers or training candidates will be entertained
• Candidates without relevant experience will not be shortlisted

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in US Truck Dispatching (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Hotshots, Box Trucks
• Strong command of DAT One and major load boards
• Proven ability in rate negotiation and broker communication
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dispatch environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads using DAT One and other load boards
• Coordinate with drivers and brokers for daily dispatch operations
• Manage routes, scheduling, and load execution
• Ensure consistent truck movement and on-time delivery
• Focus on profitability and revenue optimization

• Are you comfortable working in a US night shift (Pakistan 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Mon–Fri) on-site in Model Town Lahore?
• Are you available for a 1-week mandatory trial period (no exceptions)?
