We at Meraki7 Inc. are expanding to support growing demand from our US healthcare clients. We currently have immediate openings for experienced US Healthcare Clinical Recruiters and wanted to connect with you.

Role Highlights:

Locations:

• Pune (Hybrid – Mon–Thu office, Fri WFH) – 3 positions

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US time zone)

Focus: Full-time US Healthcare recruitment (PTs, OTs, Nurses, etc.) + some non-IT roles

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month (DOE)

Tools: Ceipal ATS, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven & current hands-on experience in full-time US Healthcare Clinical recruitment (not past, not other domains)

Strong track record in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures

Deep understanding of US hiring practices
