We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in bulk and mass hiring to join our team. The role involves recruiting qualified clinical staff and caregivers for our home healthcare services while ensuring timely workforce fulfillment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for healthcare staff, including:
• ANMs, GNMs, and B.Sc. Nurses
• Caregivers and Patient Attendants (GDA, MPHW, Home Care Helpers)
• Source, screen, and onboard prospective candidates through campus drives, job fairs, referrals, and partnerships with training institutes.
• Travel across assigned regions to conduct recruitment campaigns and mobilize manpower.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for continuous staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and documentation for new hires.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to forecast staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare hiring standards.
• Maintain strong vendor/agency networks, especially with manpower contractors and security/staffing agencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in mass recruitment or bulk staffing (preferably in healthcare, security, or manpower agencies).
• Strong ability to hire clinical staff (nurses, ANMs, GNMs, B.Sc. Nursing staff) and non-clinical caregivers (GDAs, MPHWs, attendants).
• Excellent networking, people management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across different cities/locations for recruitment drives.
• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or manpower agency hiring is a strong advantage.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
