Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for healthcare staff, including:
- ANMs, GNMs, and B.Sc. Nurses
- Caregivers and Patient Attendants (GDA, MPHW, Home Care Helpers)
- Source, screen, and onboard prospective candidates through campus drives, job fairs, referrals, and partnerships with training institutes.
- Travel across assigned regions to conduct recruitment campaigns and mobilize manpower.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for continuous staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and documentation for new hires.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to forecast staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare hiring standards.
- Maintain strong vendor/agency networks, especially with manpower contractors and security/staffing agencies.
