Job Title: US HR Manager – Healthcare Staffing

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced US HR Manager with a strong background in the US Healthcare Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a workforce of 100+ employees, handling all HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and HR processes aligned with US staffing standards. This is an onsite night-shift role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for 100+ employees within US Healthcare staffing processes.
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, compliance, background checks, credentialing, and employee file audits as per US standards.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, resolving queries efficiently.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, shift management, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to US labor guidelines applicable to healthcare staffing (W2, 1099, C2C, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams to support business goals.
  • Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and regular HR reviews.
  • Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances professionally.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and ensure timely compliance submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in HR management within the US Healthcare Staffing industry.
  • Proven experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees.
  • Strong understanding of W2, 1099, C2C, onboarding compliance, and healthcare staffing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work night shift (US hours) without constraints.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with HRMS tools, documentation systems, and compliance portals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a high-volume US staffing environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO, and other healthcare staffing compliance norms.
  • Experience working with recruitment teams for nurses, therapists, clinicians, or healthcare support staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹530,493.41 - ₹1,003,121.88 per year
