Position Overview
Quantum Byte Global (QBG) is expanding its Sales Team and is looking for driven and energetic salespeople to fill these positions. This role is responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with hands-on experience in B2B sales, passionate about IT solutions, and able to manage a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the US market through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
Actively prospect new accounts and build pipelines using outbound calling and strong lead-generation skills.
Present QBG’s IT solutions as a strategic advantage to improve customers’ IT performance and business outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer’s endssuch as procurement teams, IT managers, and directors.
Manage and grow your business book and achieve activity, revenue, and margin targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts highlighting QBG’s value and solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals professionally within timelines.
Handle objections and provide consultative solution selling.
Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and sales activity reporting using CRM tools.
Learn and stay updated on current market, sales and expenditure trends in the US Federal, State Local, Educational and commercial businesses.
What You Will Bring to the Team (Requirements)
Intermediate and above, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally IT product sales or solutions selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong knowledge of IT products (Software + Hardware).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and web conferencing platforms.
