Role Overview:
Applivity is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive – IT Staff Augmentation. This role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, managing proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI), and supporting the sales process with IT clients, especially targeting US companies and the US market.

This is a full-time onsite position offering strong career growth opportunities and the chance to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Team Leadership:

· Own and achieve sales revenue targets.

· Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team (SDRs, Sales Executives).

· Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through outbound channels (email, cold calls).

· Conduct outreach to IT companies and key decision-makers, specially US companies and US market.

· Present Applivity’s IT staff augmentation and hiring solutions to clients.

· Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

· Develop and manage a sales pipeline via CRM (Salesforce or similar).

· Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and technical teams to align messaging, service positioning, and fulfill client requirements.

· Report on key metrics and provide sales forecasts.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

RFP/RFQ/RFI Management:

· Research and identify new international business prospects aligned with Applivity’s services.

· Identify and track relevant RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs through international procurement channels.

· Review tender documentation to understand client requirements and eligibility criteria.

· Draft, customize, and submit high-quality proposals incorporating technical and business inputs.

· Collaborate with internal teams for technical details, case studies, and project timelines.

· Prepare tailored executive summaries, company profiles, and solution overviews.

· Ensure submissions meet deadlines and follow required formats.

· Follow up with clients, respond to clarifications, and update proposal documentation.

· Maintain a tracker for proposal timelines, status, and win/loss results.

· Improve proposal quality using feedback and performance analysis.

CRM & Reporting Responsibilities:

· Manage leads and proposal progress in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

· Submit weekly reports on outreach activities, proposals, and results.

· Analyze proposal outcomes to improve future submissions.

Requirements:

· 4+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).

· Proven experience in managing sales teams.

· Strong understanding of IT markets.

· Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

· Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and email automation platforms.

· Target-driven, proactive, and confident in client interactions.

· Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals independently.

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Marketing, IT, or a related field.

· Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, problem-solving mindset, multitasking ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Prior experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation sales.

· Experience managing client relationships or mentoring juniors.

· Knowledge of IT staffing/augmentation processes.

· Comfortable coordinating with IT clients.

· Experience handling RFPs from North America, UK, GCC, or Europe.

· Familiarity with Upwork, Clutch, Freelancer, and GoodFirms.

· Understanding of NDAs, MSAs, pricing models, and service agreements.

· Experience preparing proposals for software, app development, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.

· Cross-cultural communication or multilingual skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
