US IT HR Executive

• • Source and screen potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms. • Understand and analyze job requirements shared by clients and hiring managers. • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Negotiate salaries and close candidates. • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. • Stay up to date with market trends and latest technologies in the IT domain.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
