US Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate nationwide vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Book and manage carriers; verify insurance and DOT compliance.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues.
• Provide quotes, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (BOL, inspection reports).
• Optimize routes and logistics costs using TMS/load boards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in logistics, auto transport, or freight brokerage.
• Knowledge of Central dispatch, Message plane, FMCSA/DOT rules and auto shipping process.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Message plane CRM and Central Dispatch preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
