About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience using an Indeed Employer Account to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates across multiple roles. The ideal candidate understands U.S. hiring best practices, job posting optimization, resume screening, and candidate management through Indeed’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and manage job postings on Indeed Employer Account to maximize visibility and applicant flow.
• Utilize Indeed Apply, Sponsored Jobs, and job campaigns to boost candidate attraction.
• Monitor job performance metrics, cost-per-apply, and applicant quality and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Source candidates using Indeed Resume Search and other sourcing tools.
• Evaluate applicants’ qualifications and cultural fit based on job requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency); U.S. recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong experience with Indeed Employer Account (posting jobs, managing applicants, sourcing).
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and online sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed Resume, etc.).
