Job Title: US Recruiter

Location: Karachi - Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in the USA.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build effective hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using sourcing platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience aligned with company values.
• Provide HR support in areas such as onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and support data-driven hiring decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (preferably in high growth environments).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience hiring for customer support/customer experience roles.
• Knowledge of data-driven recruitment practices and analytics.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
