Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be the voice of our U.S. campaign — reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and converting leads into loyal customers. You’ll receive structured sales training, ongoing coaching, and the tools to achieve top-level results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S. prospects and qualify leads
• Deliver clear, engaging sales presentations to clients
• Identify client needs and offer customized solutions
• Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and close sales
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance goals

Who We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of telesales or international call center experience
• Prior experience in U.S. campaigns (preferred)
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
• Comfortable working the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
