Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Manage conflict resolution and employee disciplinary processes.
- Performance Management:
- Develop performance evaluation systems and support managers in conducting reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC).
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation to ensure market competitiveness.
- HR Strategy & Reporting:
- Partner with leadership to support organizational goals.
- Maintain HR metrics (turnover, retention, time-to-hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred — SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a U.S.-based organization.
- Knowledge of:
- U.S. labor and employment laws
- HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paycom)
- Employee engagement and retention strategies
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹61,765.18 per month
