Driver Recruiter – Native English Speaker Required

We are hiring Driver Recruiters based in Dubai to support recruitment for U.S. trucking companies.

This role requires a native English speaker.

Language Requirement:

• English (native – mandatory)

Role:

Handle candidate calls, explain job opportunities, screen drivers, and manage them through the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Native-level spoken English (non-negotiable)
• Comfortable with calls and follow-ups
• Good communication and organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
