Job Title: Human Resources (Forex/Stock Market)

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in the Financial/Forex/Stock Market services sector. The ideal candidate will have specific experience sourcing high-performing candidates for Forex and Stock Market brokerages. You must possess an "own pipeline" of industry professionals and be an expert in navigating major recruitment portals to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in roles such as Sales Account Managers, Retention Agents, and Financial Analysts.
• Utilize an existing network and pipeline to quickly fill urgent vacancies with quality talent.
• Strategically use Indeed Employers, NaukriGulf, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source, headhunt, and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain a healthy candidate database and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience specifically within the Forex, Fintech, or Stock Market industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Indeed Employers, NaukriGulf, and LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
• Networking: Must have a pre-existing pipeline of candidates within the financial trading sector.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.
• Location: Must be currently based in the UAE or available to join immediately.
