Used Car Inspector

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Car Inspector to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle inspection and a solid understanding of automotive systems, including mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of used and new vehicles.
• Identify and report on mechanical, technical, and body faults.
• Assess chassis condition and detect signs of accidents or structural repairs.
• Evaluate vehicle condition including engine performance, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, electronics, and safety systems.
• Use diagnostic tools and visual assessment techniques to determine issues and needed repairs.
• Provide accurate and detailed inspection reports.
• Communicate findings clearly with customers or internal departments.
• Ensure inspections meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Proven 3 years experience as a car/vehicle inspector or in automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of all vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, and structural).
• Ability to detect hidden damage and prior repairs.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Automotive Technology or relevant trade qualification.
• Experience with different car brands and models.
