User Experience Writer

Dear Candidate,

We have a requirement for user Experience Writer for Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. This role is not for UX/UI Designers. We are looking for someone who writes content inside digital interfaces (microcopy, user flows, error messages, tooltips, UI labels, onboarding text, etc.). This role is strictly for UX Writing / Product Content / Microcopy professionals. If your experience is mainly visual design (UI/UX screens, wireframes, prototyping), it will not match this requirement.

You will work closely with product and design teams to shape product language and improve user experience using words — not visuals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all copy supports good UX and follows design standards.
• Work with designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs.
• Create or update content guidelines, tone rules, and terminology.
• Review user flows and make text recommendations.
• Test and improve copy based on user feedback and usability results.
• Keep content consistent across the product.
• Write short and clear text for interfaces (web and mobile).

Skills/competencies Required

• Experience writing for digital products or interfaces.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design processes.
• Ability to write in plain, simple language.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with fast changes.
