Design with an innovative approach to deliver ideas and design outcomes that differentiate our product in the market.

Translate feedback and data into outstanding user experiences.

Create key designs such as concept prototypes, components, information architecture, workflows and design specifications.

Accountability of outcomes, achieving tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.

Drive alignment by collaborating with developers, marketers, product managers and other stakeholders to drive a shared understanding of customer’s needs and behaviours.

Make data-driven decisions -from one source of truth- with a bias for understanding and action.

Present design work backed by proofs in terms of data and persona’s understanding.

Understand business problems across our customer set in order to have context for deliverables.

Should be a team player and also work independently without need of constant monitoring.

Qualification and Skills:
-
Experience (2+ years) solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high- fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.

Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.

Expertise with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).

Good observation and questioning skills.

Comfortable working with a team-based environment as well as remote.

Portfolios can be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wire-framing, interaction design and design best practices.
