User Operations Intern (UAEN)

Keeta is looking for a proactive and analytical User Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this Emiratization role, you will support user growth initiatives, analyse operational performance, and contribute to data-driven strategies that enhance user engagement and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Support the operations team in executing user growth strategies and related initiatives.
• Monitor key performance metrics and conduct post-campaign reviews to evaluate operational effectiveness.
• Collect and analyse user behaviour data to generate insights reports and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of operational plans.
• Assist in documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We Need From You

• Emirati final year student or recent Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Strong data sensitivity with basic analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL is a plus.
• Prior exposure to user operations or product operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
