Utilities Engineer

Qualification & Experience

• B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience; OR
• B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in the core field.

Desired Skills

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC and pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical distribution, power house operations, and lift systems.
• Awareness of energy conservation best practices.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift team for HVAC including chillers, AHU, Cooling tower, pneumatic, and water management system
• Ensure uninterrupted operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor utility performance and initiate energy-saving & conservation schemes/initiatives .
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
• Coordinate with QA and production teams to support continuous plant operation.
• Lead and supervise the shift team for all electrical operations.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of power house, electrical distribution systems, lifts, and related utilities.
• Initiate and implement energy-saving & conservation schemes/initiatives .
• Maintain safe operations in line with electrical codes and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA, production, and utility teams to ensure continuous plant operations.
