Responsibilities

• Coordinate Infrastructure system including water, sewers, power, and telecom.
• Manage utility permitting, relocation, and enabling works planning.
• Liaise with local authorities, logistics teams, and utility agencies for integration.
• Review and monitor infrastructure design submission from consultants.
• Resolve conflicts between design and site utility constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in utility coordination and permitting.
• Experience in large-scale multi-purpose or infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills for authority interfacing.
• Fluency in Local Language and English is Mandatory
• Candidates with Egyptian Nationality Preferred.

Preferred

• Experience working with PMCM or EPC consultants in the MENA region
• Familiarity with Egyptian authority submission procedure.
