Job Title: Utilities Officer (In-Charge)

Job Summary:
We are a leading real estate company seeking a highly organized and proactive Utilities Officer (In-Charge) to manage all utility-related operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling connections, disconnections, and coordination with various utility and service providers, ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply for new Kahramaa and Qatar Cool connections and manage disconnections as needed.
  • Coordinate and liaise with elevator maintenance companies and garbage collection services.
  • Prepare, verify, and process monthly utility bills, ensuring timely payments.
  • Handle Wood payment and other regular monthly payments related to utilities and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all utility accounts, payments, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to utilities.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding utility operations and expenditures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in utilities management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local utility procedures (Kahramaa, Qatar Cool) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting for bill processing.
