Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all utility systems.
• Operate and maintain utility equipment, including HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
• Optimize energy consumption.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects, including their handover.
• Plan and implement maintenance programs.
• Foster effective management and communication with team members.
• Maintain firefighting systems and facility infrastructure.
