Utility Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Utility Engineer for our ongoing infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in utility works and coordination, preferably on RTA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise utility works including water supply, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, telecom, and electrical networks
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities (RTA, DEWA, DM, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local authority standards
• Handle utility diversions, relocations, and NOCs/approvals
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety requirements
• Identify and resolve utility clashes and site coordination issues
• Maintain proper documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in utilities coordination and execution
• Good knowledge of RTA, DEWA, and other authority regulations
• Experience in NOCs and approval processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
