Utility Maintaince Officer

Location: Super Highway, Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.

• Perform Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns on a wide range of equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues with machinery, utilities, and building systems to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
• Facility Upkeep: Perform general building maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cooling system, and HVAC support.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Lock out/tag out equipment correctly before performing maintenance.
• Documentation: Accurately log all maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent on work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations staff and other team members to coordinate repairs and minimize disruption to production/business activities.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing the spare parts inventory and notifying the supervisor of needed supplies.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
