Utility Underground Construction Operator/Labor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled operator/laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various utility construction projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

• Perform physical labor tasks on sites while installing utility pipe, including site preparation, cleanup, and materials handlings.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Ability to perform physically demanding task
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment relevant to fabrication tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Valid Drivers License, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Background Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
