UX Consultant

We are seeking a talented UX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, usability best practices, and a creative mindset to design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain user personas, user journey maps, and UX documentation to support design decisions.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, engaging, and user-friendly experiences.
• Develop wireframes to illustrate and communicate design solutions effectively.
• Work closely with project managers to understand business requirements and draft user experiences to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure visually compelling designs that provide a seamless user experience.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs to enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing research-driven designs.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user behavior through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design for various screen sizes and devices.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, project managers, and designers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile and fast-paced environments.
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing practices.
• Familiarity with user behavior tracking tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.
