Job Brief:
To handle the design thinking/service design workshops, user/customer research and design various digital customer journeys for the company’s digital product roadmap. To contribute in building the digital identity and design systems to ensure the best customer digital experience. With hands on design experience and ambition, to work as part of an agile delivery squad, being engaged members such as product owners, business analysts, testers, developers and business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

Thrive and ambition for User Experience and User Interface Design and gather, evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps in effective manner.

Design graphic user interface elements like menus, taps and widgets in a timely and quality manner.

Build page navigation buttons and search fields and develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function look like.

Identify and troubleshoots UX problems like responsiveness.

Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

Support and recommend innovative concepts and ideas regarding the design of the digital journeys to ensure ultimate customer experience and in compliance and compatibility to implement and scale

Develop and deliver design recommendation proposals, progress reports, requirements, documentation and presentations

Translate business, customer, and client constraints into understandable components for the design team to be able to implement.

Oversee costs and activities are monitored on a regular basis highlighting any relevant opportunities and issues, to facilitate appropriate decision-making in line with changing priorities.

Contribute to healthy team environment and culture.

Build high levels of trust and understanding with internal and external stakeholders to promote full compliance with industry regulations and promote broader understanding of EMKAN interests and practices.

Contribute towards the development of UX UI policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of the function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

Analyse and respond to business stakeholders in a timely manner; supporting their desire to iterate, test and scale new UX designs

Participate in the delivery of a range of projects as a key member of the agile delivery squad

Establish relationships and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Be Proactive and willing to be multi-functional with eager to learn and grow product management/ownership skillset

Ensure fully adherence to stipulated business Policies and procedures.

Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.

Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.

Ensure preparation of reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirements.

Maintain the confidentiality of EMKAN’s during employment with EMKAN.
Qualification and Experience:
-
Bachelor Degree in design, computer science or relevant filed.

BE or BS in an acknowledged reputable university

Official Creative and Design Certifications
-
Minimum 3-4 years of experience with preference in the financial sector
