We are seeking a UX Designer to contribute to the design of intuitive user experiences for the OmniForce Proptech platform and other GIM products. As our first dedicated designer, you'll benefit from working in a fast-paced startup environment where you’ll determine how users interact with our product. As a designer you will define the design processes, establish best practices for user research and prototyping, and own the design workflow from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the UX design for static and dynamic web applications to enhance the product experience.
- Collaborate with product owners to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using tools like Figma.
- Participate in discovery and research activities to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into thoughtful design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design to ensure inclusive and scalable experiences.
- Support agile development cycles by contributing to sprint planning, design QA, and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in UX and product design with a web portfolio of recent work.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch).
- Familiarity with the software development processes and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with, or exposure to, HTML and CSS.
- Been directly involved in designing mobile and/or responsive websites.
- Previous work experience in a small software development team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
