UX Designer

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Trading Solutions product area. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our trading applications. Trading is one of the core capabilities in our platform and within this space, you’ll focus on Order Entry, Tickets, and Block Trading tools specifically - helping financial professionals enter, execute, and monitor trades efficiently and confidently.

You’ll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients.

What You’ll Bring

• 6-9+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systems
• Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale
• Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in financial services and a passion for designing trading applications

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 – $80.00 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors
