Summary:

UST is looking for talented UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of complex systems, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design tools like Axure or Figma. Candidate will work closely with UX architects, researchers, and developers to create intuitive, user-centered designs for technical interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid understanding of complex systems and existing UX concepts.
• Create detailed design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Axure or Figma.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and architects to develop user-centric designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across products.
• Translate design concepts into detailed Jira specifications and screen copy.
• Support software teams with story grooming, requirement clarification, and asset delivery.
• Conduct graphic QA to ensure spec compliance and design fidelity.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive and complex system designs.
• Experience with design systems and task management tools like Jira.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Axure, Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a related field.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and time-management skills.
