The Role

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to bring clarity, speed, and delight to our apps and CRM. You’ll work directly with our CEO to shape the next generation of Fieldd’s design, creating real-world tools that feel invisible, simple, and empowering.

This isn’t a backseat role. You’ll have a front-row seat in a fast-growing SaaS company, where your work immediately impacts thousands of businesses and hundreds of thousands of end users. If you want to grow fast, learn fast, and design products that matter, this is the spot.

What You’ll Do

• Work in-house at our modern Austin tech office.
• Own UI/UX design across Fieldd’s mobile apps and CRM.
• Turn complex workflows into experiences that feel effortless.
• Work hand-in-hand with our CEO, engineers, and product team.
• Create Figma designs, prototypes, and design systems that scale.
• Champion user-centered design, testing, and feedback loops.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in UI/UX design (SaaS, mobile, or CRM experience a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web app design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led teams.
• A drive to ship bold, clean, and intuitive designs.

Pay: $86,313.02 - $123,946.86 per year
