UX/UI Designer

Web Cube Technologies is a growing tech solutions company specializing in high-quality web applications and innovative digital experiences for start-ups and enterprises.

We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of the user experience, design process, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You’ll be responsible for everything from research and wireframing to creating polished, user-friendly interfaces that drive higher conversion rates.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about designing engaging, accessible, and conversion-optimized digital experiences.

• Lead the complete UX/UI lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design execution.

• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks for consistent and scalable designs.

• Conduct usability testing and leverage analytics and user feedback to make data-driven design improvements that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Design responsive interfaces and intuitive navigation for large-scale websites and digital platforms.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals and conversion objectives.

• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance the final product.

• Ensure best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Support ongoing design improvements and contribute to both new initiatives and existing products.

• 4–5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design for SaaS, eCommerce, or large-scale web applications, with a strong focus on conversion optimization and user engagement.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.

• Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, interactive components).

• Hands-on experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and applying data insights to improve usability and conversion rates.

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to layout, color, and typography.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design choices.

• Experience in leading or mentoring junior designers is a plus.
