Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to promote consistency across projects.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver stunning user experiences that align with business goals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and a clear process.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Good grasp of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A degree is not mandatory, but relevant experience and design thinking are crucial.
