UX/UI Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with 3 years of experience to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should understand user-centered design principles and be able to translate requirements into engaging user experiences and clean UI designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface designs for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve design.
• Develop design systems, style guides, and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Convert complex ideas into simple and elegant design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 3 years hands-on experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with basic HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
