We seek a talented and experienced mid-level UI/UX Designer with over 3 years in the field. Your role involves creating impactful and visually compelling user experiences. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to understanding and solving user challenges and have a strong background in leading and collaborating on projects. Your commitment to user-centered design principles is crucial, as is your drive to enhance the user experience in functionality, enjoyment, and visual appeal.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience designing at least 20 websites, including landing pages, e-commerce, mobile, and web apps.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design and prototyping tools, including but not limited to Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Sketch, Marvel, and Proto.io.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

Daily Duties:

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and gather requirements.
• Independently manage projects from initial design concepts to the final hand-off.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Craft UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and appearance of websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Foster solid relationships with team members, clients, and essential stakeholders.
