UX/UI Designer

Working Hours: Full-time , Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) ,

On-site in New Cairo, Festival City.

We are looking for for a UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in user interface design, user experience strategy, and creative multimedia skills. The ideal candidate will design engaging, intuitive digital experiences and contribute to visual storytelling through interactive visuals and motion design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that reflect the latest design trends and best practices across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and user flows for web-based platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma.
• Deliver modern, trend-aware UI designs that reflect current best practices in visual design, accessibility, and user behavior.
• Develop interactive visual elements and micro-interactions to enhance product engagement.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Support branding and marketing efforts by producing digital assets, graphics, banners, and UI animations.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals such as infographics or interactive presentations.
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterative design to improve user experience.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web UI, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in Financial Services domains is preferred
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, MidJourney , or similar for generating design variations and optimizing user experiences.
• Ability to deliver visually fresh, trend-forward design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) for effective developer collaboration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail with a passion for crafting modern, user-centric digital experiences.
• Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and reading).
