Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in restaurant or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance management, and training programs.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service standards.
  • Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting skills.
