Vacation Rental Cleaning

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including residential and commercial properties. Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of floors.
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean kitchens, including appliances and countertops.
- Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, and common areas.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment, such as buffing machines, to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Use commercial cleaning products and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Perform porter duties, including restocking supplies and taking out the trash.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the facility and its occupants.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and equipment.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and protocols.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
