Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valet Parking Supervisor located in Dubai. The Valet Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing valet parking operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing valet staff, and coordinating with other departments. Daily tasks include monitoring vehicle movements, implementing company policies, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining accurate administrative records. The supervisor ensures efficient valet service, compliance with safety regulations, and provides outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valet Parking and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Administration skills and experience
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid UAE driver's license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
