Valuations Manager

The Consultant – Fair Valuation role involves providing expert advice and solutions related to equity compensation plans, valuation, accounting, and disclosure requirements from SEBI and accounting standards perspectives. The role requires interacting with senior client stakeholders, drafting and structuring legal documents, and providing technical opinions on accounting matters. The consultant will work within a team of finance and legal professionals and will be expected to deliver presentations, conduct client discussions, and tailor solutions based on corporate laws and SEBI regulations

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
