Van Sales Representative (FMCG Experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Van Sales Representative with a proven track record in the FMCG industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products, increasing sales volume, expanding customer base, and ensuring excellent in-store execution across the assigned route.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the company van to assigned routes and deliver FMCG products to retail customers.

Build strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.

Monitor product displays and ensure stock rotation and merchandising standards.

Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Ensure vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements:

Sales experience in the FMCG sector.

Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle/Manual transmission preferred).

Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Basic understanding of inventory and invoicing systems.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physically fit and able to lift and move products as needed.
